Returns, Exchanges & Preorder Policy

At Salty & Sassy Boutique, every item is made with love just for you! Because the majority of our products are custom-made or made to order, we have a limited return policy.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky! If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with:

    • No stains

    • No odors

    • No rips or tears

    • No pet hair or excessive lint

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back (if shipping was selected).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement order will be placed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your exchanged item to be made and shipped.

Preorders

Many of our boutique items are offered as preorders. This allows us to bring you unique styles that are made specifically for our customers.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Preorder turnaround times are typically 4–6 business weeks before the item arrives to us.

  • Shipping delays from our manufacturers are occasionally outside of our control. While we always do our best to stay within the estimated timeframe, slight delays can happen.

  • As soon as your preorder arrives at Salty & Sassy Boutique, we will inspect, package, and ship your order within 48 business hours whenever possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because orders are placed with our manufacturers shortly after purchase, preorders and custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted for production.
