Returns, Exchanges & Preorder Policy

At Salty & Sassy Boutique, every item is made with love just for you! Because the majority of our products are custom-made or made to order, we have a limited return policy.

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Turnaround Times & Order Schedule

Please review the product description carefully before placing your order, as availability and turnaround times may vary by item.

Some outfits are Ready to Ship, while others are preorder or made-to-order items.

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Preorder and made-to-order items generally have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 3– 8 weeks.

  • Salty & Sassy Boutique submits preorder and made-to-order purchases to our manufacturers approximately twice a month.

  • Your estimated turnaround time begins once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer, not necessarily on the date the order was placed.

  • If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are made.

Turnaround times are estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to make it right.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky! If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with:

  • No stains

  • No odors

  • No rips or tears

  • No pet hair

  • No excessive lint

If your order was shipped, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will begin making or ordering your replacement. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your exchanged item to be completed and shipped. Replacement times may vary depending on manufacturer availability.

Preorders

Many of our boutique items are offered as preorders, allowing us to bring you unique styles that are ordered specifically for our customers.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Preorder and made-to-order items typically have an estimated turnaround time of 3–6 weeks after the order is submitted to our manufacturer.

Salty & Sassy Boutique places manufacturer orders approximately twice a month. Depending on the date of your purchase, there may be a short waiting period before your order is submitted.

Shipping or production delays from our manufacturers are occasionally outside of our control. While we always do our best to stay within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur.

Once your preorder arrives at Salty & Sassy Boutique, we will inspect, package, and ship or prepare your order for pickup within approximately 48 business hours whenever possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because custom, made-to-order, and preorder items are submitted to our manufacturers shortly after purchase, these orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been submitted or production has begun.

Please double-check your order, sizing, color selections, personalization details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
